Development of Digital Teaching Competence: Pilot Experience and Validation through Expert Judgment

The development of digital teaching competence is one the fundamental requirements what known as “knowledge society”. With aim evaluating, from an expert point view, design a training itinerary oriented to non-university teachers under t-MOOC architecture for improvement (DTC), following quantitative research presented. For this purpose, validation was established using judgement technique. To measure level coefficient, (K) index calculated random sample 292 subjects participating in study: belonging preschool and primary schools Andalusian community. responses those experts who scored ≥0.8 on external were then selected. results demonstrate validity tool produced (T-MOOC) well uniformity criteria evaluation. Consequently, necessary structuring personalised plans supported by reference models discussed.
